We are a start-up solutions agency. Clients come to us to outsource their growth and commercialise their businesses. Each of our clients has a project to drive sales. We want our Strategy Managers to handle each client account, from developing growth strategy, implementation right through to execution on sales. Part implementation specialist, part salesperson. Suited to a very flexible, adaptive personality, who loves to problem solve.

We’re results focused, autonomous and flexible when we provide solutions. We are a fair and honest workplace that treats you like an adult. We want non-traditional sales people too. Diversity of backgrounds is key - we’ll teach you how to sell!

$80,000 OTE ($55,000 Base + Super)

COMMISSIONS: 25% revenue (uncapped)

We are a start-up solutions agency. Clients come to us to outsource their growth and commercialise their businesses. Each of our clients has a project to drive sales. We want our Business Development Managers to work with the Strategy Managers to devise growth strategies, test and learn then implement whilst always working closely with the client. Whilst your day does involve a lot of grind associated with sales, you’ll also be part of the strategic discussions, client contact and we will look to you to guide us, as the person closest to the customer.
