Starting in investment banking at Macquarie, Arani went on to work at eBay Australia, leading the Growth and Operations team for eBay sellers. At eBay, Arani focused on building successful sales teams with efficient processes, reporting and training. Her solutions and models have been adopted globally by eBay.

For over 10 years, Bo focused on developing healthy, sustainable and mutually beneficial commercial partnerships. Bo has extensive knowledge across the media, motors and sports sectors having worked for NewsCorp and IMG in London. More recently Bo was the National Sales Manager for Gumtree leading the Cars and Jobs categories and growing Gumtree’s market presence

Jamie has had a diverse career in corporate strategy - spanning from McDonalds to gaming giant, Activision Blizzard to more recently in the FMCG space with McPhersons. Jamie brings a unique ability to meld innovative strategies with analytical insights, driving transformation across various industries.

Having studied Cognitive Neuroscience and Psychology, Rodrigo quickly moved to Australia to study management and get some much needed sun. He began his career working as an international Trade Advisor at Business France. Now at Vollardian, he is a jack of all trades, heavily involved in strategic thinking CRM implementation, business development, and strategy.

Trinidad is our resident data scientist. After working in labs as a technician for Enviorlab, Trini followed her passion for analytics, methodical problem solving and innovation within Consulting. With Vollardian she does magical things with data to deliver insights and help clients make data-driven decisions. Trini is also experienced in database building, CRM optimisation and creating agile reports to remove operational hurdles for our clients.

Christina transitioned from studying medicine to analytics, bringing with her a unique perspective. As an analyst with us, she combines her meticulous attention to detail from her medical background with data-driven insights.

Trinh is known for her sharp analytical skills and market intelligence gathering. She joins us from EY-Parthenon in Vietnam and excels in strategic planning and implementation, driving significant improvement sin client operations.

Thai is our straight-shooting analyst who is not afraid to call BS when she sees something is amiss. She’s a seasoned professional in supply and procurement with extensive experience in Vietnam's dynamic market, Thai joined us from KPMG.

Anh is joining in May 2024

Arsalan is our in-house coder and AI wiz. He’s currently studying a Masters of Artificial Intelligence at UNSW while leading our Gen AI initiatives. At Vollardian AI Labs, he’s all about crafting cool, cutting-edge AI solutions that redefine how we tackle client problems.

Apurva is a legend of the tech and startup scene. Having build his own start-up, warked for multinationals like eBay, and lednteams at high growth tech start-ups like SnadDeal, Catch and Sendle - Apurva knows how to take a product from zero to one. Apurva is partnering with Vollardian to power or AI Labs - using GenAI to solve client challenges.

Adnan is our Microsoft suite maestro. Starting his journey as a solutions architect, he soon found his niche in PowerBI, Dynamics, and the broader Microsoft landscape. Adnan has also built ERPs for leading retailers. With us, Adnan transforms complex tech jargons into user-friendly solutions, helping clients navigate the digital maze. Beyond crafting innovative strategies, he's also ace at integrating tools, boosting CRM efficiency, and drafting intuitive reports
