People Strategy

Organisational Structure

Any organisational restructure is stressful. We partner with clients to help design future organisational structures to match future growth plans. We get to know all employees to truly understand their function in the current organisation and the changes involved in a new organisational structure. We are also able to facilitate communication with employees to ensure a smooth transition.

Employee Performance Analysis & Management

Making tough decisions with respect to under-performing employees is a minefield to navigate. Our beginning position is to analyse data, observe processes that might be hindering performance (through a time-in-motion study) and attempt to retrain and empower the employee. We have successfully managed to re-engage seemingly underperforming employees to then be the highest performers. At the same time, sometimes it doesn’t work out and we help our clients to navigate the performance management process.

Sales Team Management

We upskill your sales team to ensure they are trained, managed effectively and empowered to drive growth. This can involve recruitment of new sales talent, designing incentive structures to set clear expectations, and stepping in to act as the team’s sales coach - keeping them accountable to delivering targets.

Recruitment

We have worked closely with clients to run recruitment processes for key roles. Often using trusted recruiters to pass on candidates, we have run job interview processes to ensure that our client is hiring the right candidate.

Staff Onboarding & Training

Once recruited, we ensure that there is a solid onboarding process for the employee. This could mean developing an employee handbook, or ensuring that key staff are available to teach new staff in a scalable and repeatable way for all new employees.

Senior Management & Board Advisory

Being that sounding board for any idea, challenge, or just to shoot the shit. We have built our business on long-lasting relationships and every client can call us anytime - literally if you call at 11pm on a Saturday night we will pick up…we might not be entirely respectable, but we will be there to talk through anything.
